Remodeling the kitchen

We've been pretty busy here at the Bell household...I guess I should say, Adam's been pretty busy. :) Anyone who knows my family, knows that Adam is wonderful, marvelous, always doing amazing things, and all of the above. Most recently, he has taken on the project of remodeling our kitchen. Amazingly, we stayed within our budget. I wish I had a before shot, but here is an after.

Before:
White countertops with mismatching wood laminate counter on the island

We're still planning on putting new hardware on the cabinets and maybe recessed lighting. It's been fun. Definitely, a learning process. :) Adam is now versed in the art of floor installation, plumbing, molding, and electrical (although the electrical still needs help). I found that out when the bathroom light turned off when Adam switched off the kitchen light. :)
